Rhod has over 35 years’ experience in the panel products sector, both in supply and door fabrication. Joining Halspan shortly after it was founded in 1999, he has been instrumental in developing our testing intellectual property, which continues to underpin the growth and integrity of our business.

As Technical Advisor, Rhod provides guidance on maintaining the viability of Halspan’s existing product range, ensuring technical integrity, market relevance and compliance. He also contributes to the development of new, innovative technologies that will help shape the future of both the company and the wider industry.

Hobby-wise, Rhod is an amateur luthier and has made around a dozen guitars. He also plays in a few bands. If fire door components hadn’t worked out, you’d find Rhod somewhere in your Apple Music playlist!
